Shipping Policy
At Zest Paw Life, we aim to get your pet’s goodies to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are $8 for Urban deliveries and $13 for Rural deliveries throughout New Zealand.
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly, including selecting the appropriate rural delivery option where applicable.
Rural Delivery
If your address is classified as rural and rural delivery has not been selected at checkout, we reserve the right to hold your order until the additional rural shipping fee has been paid.
We will contact you if this applies to your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- Urban addresses: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Rural addresses: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Please note that these are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and location.
Courier Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, Zest Paw Life is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are happy to assist where we can.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can resolve the issue promptly.
